Meet the Team

Bianca

Treatment Coordinator

A little about me before Lexington Orthodontics, I graduated Dental Assisting school in 2016 as a registered Dental Assistant. I learned so much assisting in General, Endodontics, Periodontics, Pediatric, and Orthodontic Dentistry. In 2019, I decided to further advance my capabilities in the dental field and became a Certified Dental Assistant. With all this experience, I found my passion for changing anyone’s perception in Orthodontics.

As a treatment coordinator, my absolute joy is meeting new people and helping them navigate their way into achieving their best smile.

Outside of work, I love to be with my 2 kids Milo and Mia. My favorite hobbies are cooking, baking, and making homemade candles.

Lizaida

Treatment Coordinator

One day I had an epiphany of my future career path. Coming from a laboratory who specialized in making retainers and all sorts of appliances, I always dreamed everyday of being able to see from the other side how it all came together. I researched orthodontic offices and lo and behold I was met with Lexington Orthodontics. I was nervous to reach out and thought to myself, “I don’t think I can do it, it’s a whole different world.” But nonetheless, I set aside my fears and reached out to Dr. Toro. I immediately felt the warm, welcoming and amazing Orthodontist that she is. She made me feel like I was always part of the family, and that I could become a great Treatment Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. Since I’ve started here, I’ve become close to the team and every day I continue to grow and expand my knowledge. Thank you, Dr. Toro and Lexington Orthodontics for giving me a chance to take on the Orthodontic route!

Krystle

Patient Coordinator

I started working at Lexington Orthodontics in May of 2022. Dr. Toro and her amazing team welcomed me with open arms. I quickly learned it was a small work family of caring, fun people. Being up front I am able to greet new patients and become familiar with our patients that come through the door. The most rewarding part of working at Lexington Orthodontics is seeing patients’ smiling faces at the end of their Orthodontic journey, Dr. Toro or Richenie are usually taking a picture. Outside of Lexington Orthodontics I love spending time with my family, friends, black lab (mix) Tito and cat Patches. On the weekend you can find me at a rink, field, or court, watching my daughter Gabby and son Kobe play sports. This just happens to be my favorite pastime!

Molica

Patient Coordinator

When I first started working here at Lexington Orthodontics with Dr.Toro and the team, I was nervous because of the career change. I wasn’t sure if I would learn as quickly in a fast paced environment. I’m lucky to have gained so much knowledge from such an amazing team. The best part about working here is being able to help others get a step closer to a healthier smile! In my free time, I spend it with close family and friends. I also enjoy relaxing at home with my tuxedo cat, Binxy or working on a project with my cricut machine.

Maribel

Insurance / Patient Coordinator

Before coming to Lexington Orthodontics in 2024, I worked with General Dentists for about 12 years. I was able to obtain so much knowledge in working with insurances and patients. I have always enjoyed helping others gain knowledge and guide them with their treatment plans to make them feel at ease. Coming from General Dentistry into Orthodontics has been a dream. I feel that I am able to help others change their lives with their smile. Outside of Lexington Orthodontics I love spending time with my husband and my two kids. We love to travel, visit new places and make new friends. My family is everything to me and spending time with them and making memories is what warms my heart.

Alexia

Orthodontic Assistant

Before joining Lexington Orthodontics, I worked in a general dental office where I received administrative and clinical experience. I was blessed with the opportunity to obtain my dental assisting license working on the job and was quickly trained in different areas of dentistry. During my time there, I gained knowledge in Restoration, Periodontics, and Endodontics. I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to join Dr. Toro’s team and expand my dental horizons. I’m so grateful to work alongside two amazing Orthodontists and coworkers who kindly help and support me everyday. I love that everyday I get to come into work and witness patients transform with their new smiles. After work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and pets: My sweet little yorkie-dachshund, Paisley and my cats Max, Jax, and Cynthia. Depending on the weather, I try to spend my weekends either at the beach or by my pool, going for long walks with Paisley, reading a good book or working on some arts and crafts.

Hailey

Orthodontic Assistant

Hi, my name is Hailey and I’m a recent graduate from Class of 2025. I am really looking forward to working at Lexington Orthodontics full-time. It excites me being here because I can learn so much from Dr. Toro, Dr. Oropeza, and this amazing team. Since being a Co-op student from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School I knew I was in the right career. Working with patients has been an amazing experience! Besides working, I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach and making gifts for the people I love. I am beyond grateful for being a part of this team.
